作为 DSH profile 挂载

在任意 deepseek-harness 部署中，将本仓库的 @evoresearch/dsh-app 与 @evoresearch/dsh-plugin 加入 profile bundles 即可获得完整科研能力与工作台界面。

💾 数据存储位置

Windows 桌面版：所有数据集中在可执行文件同级目录下的 evoresearch-data/ 文件夹（会话记录、科研项目、记忆、实验快照、模型设置、凭据等），与程序文件分离、 一目了然；换电脑时拷贝整个安装目录即完成迁移。

网页版 / DSH profile 挂载：由 DSH 框架决定——默认在用户主目录 ~/.dsh/ （Windows 为 C:\Users\<用户名>\.dsh\），项目工作区在启动命令所在目录； 可通过配置中的 dataRoot 指定部署根目录（见下节）。

❓ FAQ

数据存在哪里？ 见上文「数据存储位置」：桌面版在 exe 同级 evoresearch-data/，网页版在 ~/.dsh/。 每个项目独立目录 projects/<name>/，记忆库、观测文件与调度任务都在 .evoresearch-data/ 内，项目本身是 git 仓库，可整体迁移与备份。

没有网络或 API Key 能用吗？ 记忆分类与检索在模型不可用时自动退化到确定性算法，不阻塞主对话。

如何接入更多消息通道？ 实现 ChannelAdapter 接口并注册即可；Telegram 已内置完整实现。
